Monica and Bob were married at The Pridwin on Shelter Island. Many people don’t know about Shelter Island as it is a remote island in the center of the two forks of Long Island. It has the country beauty and feel of upstate New York, and the small seaside draw of Cape Cod. Many people come to Shelter Island during the summer, quadrupling its population for three months. It is a wonderful destination for a wedding even if you live just over the ferry.
Monica looked absolutely stunning in her dress designed by Israeli designer Lihi Hod and Bob sported an island-inspired suit by Ralph Lauren. People came from far and wide to be with the couple on their special day. I am not sure that the Pridwin has ever had a better crowd of people at an event. The dance floor was packed the entire night, even Bob’s grandma was cutting a rug! When the DJ wasn’t killing it with an amazing mix of old and new dance hits, The Pink Martinis (also guests at the wedding) were bringing down the house set after set.
Beautiful Couple. Inspiring details and a great crowd – you couldn’t dream up a more perfect wedding day. Congratulations!
